The rules for using ZendSMS.
These terms apply to the ZendSMS website, enquiries, accounts, credits, integrations and messaging services.

You must be legally able and authorized to act for the business using ZendSMS. Account, billing, sender and contact information must be accurate and kept current.
Permission-based messaging
You must send messages only to recipients you are legally permitted to contact. You are responsible for consent, sender identification, opt-out handling, recipient lists, message content and compliance with applicable telecom, consumer, privacy and advertising requirements.
Acceptable use
You may not use ZendSMS for fraud, phishing, harassment, malware, unlawful content, deceptive sender identities, unauthorized bulk messaging, rights infringement or attempts to bypass security, routing or platform limits.
Pricing, credits and payment
Rates and applicable taxes or charges are stated in your quotation, order or account. Prepaid credits and packages must be paid before use unless a written agreement states otherwise. Message length, Unicode encoding and route can affect billable segments.
Service availability and delivery
We work to provide reliable service, but message acceptance, timing and delivery can be affected by operators, recipient devices, network conditions, filtering, routing, maintenance, regulation and events outside our reasonable control.
Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend service to protect users, networks or the platform; address non-payment; investigate misuse; or comply with law or operator requirements. Material or repeated violations may lead to termination.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
ZendSMS branding, website material and platform software remain protected by applicable rights. Each party should protect non-public business, technical and account information received from the other.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ZendSMS is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, unauthorized customer campaigns or failures caused by third-party networks and services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and governing framework
We may update these terms with a revised effective date. Use after an update means the updated terms apply. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, subject to any mandatory rights or forum that cannot be waived.
