How billing and activation work.
Per-segment billing
The listed Masking and Non-Masking prices apply to each billable SMS segment. Message length and encoding determine segment count.
Package validity
Recharge balance is usable during the listed validity period. Any unused balance expires when that period ends.
Sender and template approval
Sender ID and template activation require KYC, documents and applicable operator or regulatory approval.
Taxes and route changes
Applicable VAT, government, MNP, operator or route charges will be stated in the order or written quotation.
Recharge payments are non-refundable.
All recharge payments are final and non-refundable, except where mandatory law makes exclusion legally impossible. Unused balance expires at the end of the package validity and is not refundable or transferable unless a written order expressly says otherwise.

How does ZendSMS package pricing work?
Choose a prepaid recharge package based on the balance and validity you need. Standard Masking and Non-Masking rates vary by package. Until 31 December 2026, the promotional offer is BDT 0.25 for Non-Masking and BDT 0.55 for Masking per billable segment on eligible recharges. If a package already has a lower standard rate, the lower rate remains applicable.
Which ZendSMS package should my business choose?
Trial, Starter and Launch suit testing or occasional sending. Growth, Business and Pro suit regular operational messaging. Scale, Enterprise, Corporate and Wholesale suit larger, consistent volumes. If your traffic changes month to month, the ZendSMS team can help estimate a practical starting package.
Do all packages support OTP, Masking and Non-Masking SMS?
Yes. Every listed package supports OTP SMS, Masking SMS and Non-Masking SMS. Dedicated Sender ID and template activation remain subject to KYC, documents and applicable operator or regulatory approval.
What is a billable SMS segment?
A billable segment is the unit used to charge an SMS. The number of segments depends on message length and encoding. Bangla or other Unicode content can use a different character limit from standard English text, so one visible message may contain more than one billable segment.
Is REST API access charged separately?
No separate platform fee is listed for REST API access. Every package includes the dashboard, API access, delivery status and webhook support. Your SMS usage is charged according to the selected package and the number of billable segments processed.
What happens when package validity expires?
The recharge balance can be used during the validity shown for that package. Any unused balance expires at the end of the validity period and is not refundable or transferable unless a written order expressly states otherwise.
Can I get a refund for an SMS recharge?
No. Recharge payments are final and non-refundable in all circumstances except where mandatory law makes that exclusion legally impossible. Review the package validity, message type and expected volume before payment.
What is required for a dedicated Sender ID?
A dedicated brand Sender ID requires a valid business use case, KYC and supporting documents. Activation also depends on applicable mobile-operator or regulatory approval. The sales team will confirm the required documents and available next steps.
Are VAT, MNP and operator charges included in the displayed rate?
Any applicable VAT, government, MNP, operator or route-related charge will be stated in the order or written quotation. Confirm the final payable amount with ZendSMS before recharging.
Can ZendSMS connect to my website or business software?
Yes. ZendSMS can connect through the REST API and webhooks. Ready integration paths include WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Laravel and WHMCS, while custom websites, apps, CRM and ERP systems can use the same API documentation.
