ZendSMS is a brand operated by Diana Host Limited. BTRC A2P Enlistment No. BTRC-A2P-23-144 identifies the operator’s enlistment record; it does not mean that BTRC endorses every website statement, customer campaign, delivery result or commercial claim.
No delivery or reading guarantee
Submission, API acceptance, queue status or a delivery report does not guarantee final delivery, receipt, reading or action by a person. Messages may be delayed, segmented, filtered, rejected, rerouted or undelivered because of operator rules, MNP or number status, handset settings, network conditions, content controls, maintenance, regulation or events beyond our reasonable control.
Performance statements
Any delivery-time, throughput, coverage, uptime or performance figure shown on the website is a descriptive target, observed average or capacity statement in its stated context, not a guarantee for every message. Actual results vary by route, operator, traffic type, encoding, location, device and network conditions.
Customer and end-user responsibility
Business customers are responsible for lawful recipient authority, sender identity, content, timing, list quality, opt-out and DND handling, account security and compliance with applicable BTRC, operator, privacy, consumer and advertising requirements. Recipients should contact the identified sender about the purpose or accuracy of a message.
Prices, features and written terms
Routes, availability, prices, taxes, operator charges, features and approval requirements can change. Current written quotations, orders and signed service schedules take priority over general website copy. Payments are subject to the ZendSMS no-refund policy.
Third-party names, logos and integrations
Operator, IPTSP, platform, framework and other third-party names or logos identify networks, compatibility or services relevant to ZendSMS. They remain the property of their owners. Their appearance does not by itself establish endorsement, sponsorship or a formal partnership unless ZendSMS expressly states it.
