Does ZendSMS provide a native plugin for every platform?
No native plugin is claimed for every platform. Some paths use a guided connector or platform hook, some are framework guides, and custom systems use a REST API bridge. Confirm platform version and event support before production.
Is there a separate fee for API access?
Full API access is included with the currently listed packages. SMS usage, segments, validity and applicable charges follow the Pricing page and your written quotation.
Where should I store the API key?
Keep it only on a trusted server, backend environment variable or protected secret store. Never expose it in browser code, public JavaScript, a mobile app bundle or a shared document.
Can ZendSMS connect to proprietary software?
Yes. A custom CRM, ERP, website, mobile-app backend or internal system can use the REST API. Design event mapping, retries, duplicate prevention and delivery reconciliation first.
Which integration should I start with?
Start with the system where the business event happens. Choose WooCommerce or Shopify for stores, WHMCS or another billing platform for billing, and a framework or REST API path for a custom product.
