ZendSMS-এর কি সব platform-এর native plugin আছে?
সব platform-এর জন্য native plugin দাবি করা হচ্ছে না। কিছু path guided connector বা hook-based setup, কিছু framework guide এবং custom system-এর জন্য REST API bridge। Production-এর আগে আপনার platform version ও required event support নিশ্চিত করুন।
Integration ব্যবহার করতে কি আলাদা API fee লাগে?
বর্তমান listed package-এ full API access অন্তর্ভুক্ত। SMS usage, segment, package validity এবং প্রযোজ্য charge pricing ও written quotation অনুযায়ী প্রযোজ্য হবে।
API key কোথায় রাখা উচিত?
শুধু trusted server, backend environment variable বা protected secret store-এ রাখুন। Browser, public JavaScript, mobile app bundle বা shared document-এ key রাখবেন না।
Custom software যুক্ত করা যাবে?
হ্যাঁ। Custom CRM, ERP, website, mobile-app backend বা internal system REST API ব্যবহার করতে পারে। Event mapping, retries, duplicate prevention এবং delivery reconciliation আগে design করুন।
কোন integration দিয়ে শুরু করব?
যে system-এ business event তৈরি হয় সেটি দিয়ে শুরু করুন। Store হলে WooCommerce বা Shopify, billing হলে WHMCS বা সংশ্লিষ্ট platform, আর custom product হলে framework বা REST API path বেছে নিন।
